Your order will be shipped within one business day. We use Canada Post Expedited, and your shipment will have a tracking number.
If you prefer to use another shipper, or in case you need an express delivery, please contact us by mail or phone and we can arrange to ship with UPS or FedEx at their regular prices.
To our American friends: We can ship to USA, you just have to call or send an e-mail indicating what you would like to purchase + to which city, zip code and State it should be shipped, and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
Other International orders: Please contact us before placing you order, so we can find the lowest shipping rate for you.
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees, and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped.
As soon as an item is out of stock it will be indicated on the page. Nevertheless, if you should order a last item just before the page is updated, we will inform you by phone or e-mail before processing your order.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Little Cool Toys.
If for some reason you are not pleased with an item you have purchased at Little Cool Toys, it can be returned within 15 days from the date you received the item, as long as it is in re-sellable condition (unused and in full original packaging).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.
Please remember that our items are made of natural, organic and recycled materials, and a lot of the items are handmade. Each item is unique, and there will be some slight inconsistencies in color, paint, shape and texture like small knots in the wood, shades of color, etc. Such inconsistencies are inevitable when you work with natural materials and by hand, and will not be considered a defect or damage.
Special customized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other things we would like to tell you Safety Children are individuals and do not develop the same skills all at the same age. Sometimes a two year old is capable of making a puzzle intended for children three years and up, and sometimes a four year old have a lot of fun playing with a toy meant for a two year old. This really doesn't matter.
When a minimum age is recommended by the manufacturer, we have indicated this age on the product page, often due to small parts. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to determine if a particular toy will be correct for your child to play with, regardless the age recommendation.
Recycle As much as we care for childrens health when it comes to safe and non-toxic toys, we also care about the environment. We make an effort to recycle as much as possible.
Though it will not always be possible to recycle boxes, we will endeavour to use boxes made of recycled materials. When possible we re-use the packing materials used by our manufacturers, and you must expect to find recycled paper from old magazines, circulars, newspapers etc. as filling in our boxes.
